All payments are done in INR.
Your order is confirmed only after we receive the full payment.
We don’t keep payment information; transactions are processed through secure gateways.
Payment issues can hold up order processing.
If you’ve been charged but haven’t received a confirmation, don’t worry. Email us at thechronoart@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process of resolving this issue.

We send orders to the address you specify at checkout — double-check it’s accurate to prevent delays.
Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by your location, courier schedules, or bad weather conditions.
Once your order has arrived, it’s your responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
You may send us clear photos or a video with the original packaging for quicker support. This will help us understand the issue better and provide you with the best possible solution.
Upon verification of the issue, we’ll initiate a refund or exchange process for you.
Returns for wrong size choice or change of mind are not acceptable.
Orders that are returned due to delivery failure (RTO) can be resent, but are not returnable unless the issue is due to a delivery failure.
If your order is confirmed to be lost in transit, a complete refund will be provided after confirmation.

We are not responsible for indirect loss, damage, or delay arising from third-party services or for events beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
