In the event that your order is damaged, misprinted, or has shipped the wrong item, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving the order so we can help in a timely manner.

Send clear photos or a short video including the packaging so we can handle your claim quickly.
โ Replacement or Refund
Once we’ve reviewed and confirmed the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or refund the amount to your original mode of payment.

We canโt accept returns if the product doesnโt match your personal preference, such as size or style selection.
๐ฆ Undelivered/RTO Orders
If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues (wrong address, refusal, etc.), weโll give you the option to reshipโrefunds are not available.

If tracking confirms your items are lost in transit, we will provide a refund once verified.
๐ Reverse Pickup Service
We can arrange a pickup of the returned item within a few days of deliveryโreach out to us, and we’ll handle the logistics.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, in line with courier policies. After that, returns may not be accepted.

Returned items are held for up to 30 days. Within this period, you can choose to have your item reshipped without placing a new order.
