If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues (wrong address, refusal, etc.), weโ€™ll give you the option to reshipโ€”refunds are not available.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, in line with courier policies. After that, returns may not be accepted.

Returned items are held for up to 30 days. Within this period, you can choose to have your item reshipped without placing a new order.
