📅 Report Issues Within 7 Days
In the event that your order is damaged, misprinted, or has shipped the wrong item, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving the order so we can help in a timely manner.
📸 Proof Required
Send clear photos or a short video including the packaging so we can handle your claim quickly.
✅ Replacement or Refund
Once we’ve reviewed and confirmed the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or refund the amount to your original mode of payment.
🚫 No Returns for Size or Style Choices
We can’t accept returns if the product doesn’t match your personal preference, such as size or style selection.
📦 Undelivered/RTO Orders
If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues (wrong address, refusal, etc.), we’ll give you the option to reship—refunds are not available.
📮 Lost Packages
If tracking confirms your items are lost in transit, we will provide a refund once verified.
🚚 Reverse Pickup Service
We can arrange a pickup of the returned item within a few days of delivery—reach out to us, and we’ll handle the logistics.
⏳ Time-Limited Returns
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, in line with courier policies. After that, returns may not be accepted.
📦 Storage & Reship Option
Returned items are held for up to 30 days. Within this period, you can choose to have your item reshipped without placing a new order.
