What payments do you accept?

You can pay easily using credit or debit cards, UPI, wallets, and other trusted payment methods—all in Indian Rupees (INR).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

How long will it take to get my order?

Once you’ve placed the order, our team packages and prepares it within 2–3 working days approximately. Delivery in India after shipping takes 3–5 working days approximately, depending on where you are located and the courier.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

What is your return policy?

If your order is delivered damaged, misprinted, or wrong, it’s essential to notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide image or video evidence, as this will help us examine the issue quickly and either resend the order or provide a refund. Keep in mind, we don’t accept returns for size problems or a change of heart. Undelivered (RTO) orders can be resent but are not refundable, and lost orders will be refunded after verification.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they go into the process. Once processed, cancellations or modifications aren’t going to happen. If your order is still in edit, send us an email at thechronoart@gmail.com straight away—we’ll try to sort it out but we cannot guarantee.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

Yes! We accept custom and bulk requests. Reach out via email with your idea, and we’ll get back with pricing and timelines.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payments are handled by secure, encrypted third-party gateways. We don’t store any card or banking details.
